What You Can Earn

Paid training starting at $25 per hour

Transition to 18% commission on completed services

Opportunity to earn $60,000 to $80,000+ annually

Uncapped monthly sales commissions

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a Pest Control Technician, you'll:

  • Perform pest management services for residential and commercial customers
  • Inspect properties and recommend solutions
  • Build strong customer relationships based on trust and professionalism
  • Manage your route efficiently and independently
  • Identify opportunities to better serve your customers
  • Maintain service documentation and reports
  • Work closely with office staff to ensure excellent customer service

Qualifications

  • No experience in pest control necessary 
  • High School Diploma/GED 
  • Valid driver’s license must be maintained through life of employment
  • Experience in home services industry is preferred  but not required 

 

Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.  

 

Physical Demands / Working Environment: 

Candidates must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations:  

  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity 
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. 
  • Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc. 
  • Able to work in all types of weather conditions
