Your Job Duties Will Include:
- Handling inbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with various needs, including payments, scheduling, and conflict resolution.
- Notating customer accounts accurately and in a timely manner.
- Supporting additional tasks and projects as needed by our internal teams.
- Problem-solving customer accounts for both current and future needs.
- Maintaining consistent, clear communication with customers.
- Collaborating with internal teams (administrative associates, sales, service professionals, and management) to ensure exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
What You Need to Succeed:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- No experience necessary!
- Bilingual (spanish-speaking) preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
