Marketing Specialist

Greensboro, NC, US Full Time

Help shape the marketing strategy of a growing, family-owned company where your ideas matter.

We're looking for a creative, organized, and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll work directly with company leadership to support and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, generate new business, and enhance the customer experience.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute across a variety of marketing disciplines—including digital advertising, content creation, social media, email marketing, branding, and sales support—making it an excellent fit for someone who enjoys a diverse role and wants to continue building their marketing career.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (In-Office)

What You'll Do

  • Support the execution and performance of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and Local Services Ads while collaborating with internal teams and marketing partners.
  • Track and monitor key marketing metrics, including cost per lead and cost per sale.
  • Assist with building, maintaining, and improving marketing reporting dashboards.
  • Support recruiting and employment marketing initiatives.
  • Help maintain brand standards to ensure consistent messaging across all internal and external communications.
  • Assist with customer email marketing campaigns, including retention, referral, and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Design and develop flyers, brochures, promotional materials, and other branded collateral for seasonal campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Provide marketing support to both field and office sales teams.
  • Help improve customer communications across multiple touchpoints.
  • Write engaging copy for marketing materials, internal communications, and customer-facing content.
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence across relevant platforms.
  • Contribute content for the company newsletter and other internal communications.
  • Assist with additional marketing projects and responsibilities as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or a closely related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Proficiency with major social media platforms.

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following areas is strongly preferred:

  • Google Ads or other paid media platforms
  • Closed-loop or attribution-based marketing
  • WordPress
  • Adobe Creative Cloud
