Starting Pay Range: $70k-$90k

What will your job duties entail:
- Drives alignment across all brands on accounts receivable policies, billing, collection practices, and bad debt procedures to ensure accountability, consistency, compliance, and effective cash management
- Establishes general policies, procedures, and practices, as well as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Keeps management informed concerning the status of the accounts receivables, bad debt write-offs, etc., and any special purpose activities
- Participates in staff hiring, development process, and performance reviews
- Identifies opportunities and implements plans to achieve improvements in efficiency and effectiveness
- Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Performs other duties as assigned
- This position oversees all aspects of accounts receivable, billing, and collections. The Accounts Receivable Manager ensures the proper invoicing, collections of late or skipped payment, and appropriate cash application of all receipts for the Northwest Family of Brands.

Qualifications
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred; previous experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- Previous professional experience in collections, billing, accounts receivable
- Leadership development and training experience
- Strong financial acumen
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel capabilities
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and the willingness to identify and implement process improvements
- General knowledge of ERP systems
- Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information
