Customer Service Representative - Sentricon Division
Pest Management Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our Sentricon Termite Division. This position plays a key role in coordinating termite protection services, managing customer accounts, and supporting our termite technicians and builder partners.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Sentricon customer accounts, contracts, and service documentation
- Coordinate termite installations, inspections, and follow-up services
- Work closely with builders, contractors, and new construction partners
- Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners and business partners
- Support the termite team with scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience working with contracts and service agreements
- Familiarity with builders, construction processes, or new construction projects preferred
- Pest control industry is highly preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
