FUMIGATION BRANCH MANAGER
Reports To: Regional Fumigation Manager
Position Overview
The Fumigation Branch Manager is responsible for leading the people, culture, operations, customer
relationships, and financial performance of the branch. This position serves as the senior operational leader
within the branch and is accountable for developing employees, delivering exceptional customer experiences,
executing projects safely and efficiently, and achieving branch performance objectives. The successful
candidate will be an inspiring leader, skilled operator, and trusted representative of Quality Pest Services.

Employee Development & Accountability
• Recruit, onboard, train, develop, and retain high-performing employees.
• Conduct recurring evaluations utilizing EOS tools and the GWC (Gets It, Wants It, Capacity to Do It)
framework.
• Ensure the right people are in the right seats and provide meaningful coaching and performance feedback.
• Develop future leaders and support employee career advancement.
• Address performance concerns promptly and professionally while recognizing and rewarding excellence.
Customer & Prime Contractor Relationships
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, prime contractors, and industry partners.
• Personally lead communication and coordination on major projects and VIP accounts.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Serve as a trusted representative of Quality Pest Services in all customer interactions.
Operations & Project Execution
The Branch Manager is accountable for the daily operational performance of the branch and is responsible for
ensuring crews, vehicles, equipment, materials, and schedules are properly managed to achieve safety, quality,
productivity, and profitability objectives.
Workforce Planning & Scheduling
• Review and manage branch schedules daily.
• Monitor upcoming large projects and proactively plan labor requirements.
• Confirm daily crew assignments and adjust staffing when necessary.
• Ensure weekend and after-hours coverage is available when business needs require.
• Coordinate with Regional Management regarding staffing needs and workload balancing.
Productivity & Labor Management
• Monitor daily production, crew productivity, and labor utilization.
• Manage overtime and double-time expenses responsibly.
• Establish accountability standards and monitor performance throughout the day.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Project Execution & Quality Control
• Personally oversee all major fumigation projects.
• Ensure projects are properly staffed, supplied, and scheduled.
• Calculate material requirements for large projects and coordinate additional resources when needed.
• Verify project paperwork, permits, photographs, and compliance documentation are complete and accurate.
• Conduct routine quality assurance inspections and ensure company standards are maintained.
Fleet, Equipment & Asset Management
• Ensure all vehicles are clean, organized, stocked, and maintained in a professional condition.
• Verify daily vehicle inspections are completed and documented.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with Fleet Management.
• Ensure all trucks contain required materials, permits, safety equipment, and documentation.
• Maintain accountability for company equipment and branch assets.
Inventory & Warehouse Management
• Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse operation.
• Monitor inventory levels of fumigants, tarps, safety equipment, and supplies.
• Coordinate purchasing and replenishment of materials.
• Conduct inventory audits and investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure branch assets are secured and maintained.
Safety, Compliance & Asset Protection
• Promote and enforce a culture of safety throughout all branch operations.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Maintain required licenses, certifications, permits, and training requirements.
• Partner with Safety personnel to improve branch safety performance.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Required Qualifications
• Branch 1 Field Representative or Operator License
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Preferred Qualifications
• HAZMAT Endorsement
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience in fumigation, pest control, construction, or related field service operations
Compensation
$88,000 – $95,000 annual base salary (DOE) plus Production and Performance Bonuses.
