Arrow Exterminators is looking to hire a highly motivated individual to fill a full-time Commercial Evaluator / Outside Sales position for commercial accounts. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE / HOME EVALUATOR

To Establish mutually beneficial relationships for Commercial Pest Control. These industries include Food Service, Hospitality, Healthcare, Food Processing, Manufacturing and Retail industries. This position requires knowledge of successful sales activities including but not limited to, cold calling, relationship building, needs analysis, proposing solutions and proper closing techniques. Position also requires pipeline management and follow up. Expected to work independently and requiring limited supervision while also being part of a team. Must be able to achieve long and short-term sales goals.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE / HOME EVALUATOR

• Physical ability be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions
• Customer service experience
• Possess current Driver's License
• Sales ability
• Basic math skills
