Pest Control Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION (Includes, but not limited to the following)

- Monthly Service Accounts (residential, business, commercial and farm locations)

- 60day, Tri-annual and Quarterly Service Accounts

- Annual and Biannual Residential or Business Service Accounts

- One -Time Only Service Accounts

- Installation and routine maintenance of Termite Bait Systems

JOB TITLE

Pest Control Technician

Pest control license required, but not a prerequisite. We will help guide you and pay for you to obtain the proper state licensing to become certified in Nebraska.

Full-time Position

8:00am to 5:00pm Monday thru Friday, some occasional evenings, one Saturday morning per month, hours may vary during busy season. *Work routes always allow technician to be back home at the end of each work-day.

$55,000+ per year, commission pay

Paid PTO/sick leave, Paid holidays, Retirement Plan – (upon completion of probationary/training period)

*Must have clean driving record, pass a background check and drug test

*Must be able to easily lift 50-75 lbs. Must be able to bend, walk, climb and balance easily without assistance.

*Must be able to fill out required information at each service account on daily log sheets

*Must have good communication and time management skills.

Duties to be performed during the service accounts:

Control of rats and mice, control of miscellaneous seasonal crawling insects, control of target pests such as bed bugs, fleas, roaches and control of termites

COMPANY DRESS CODE

Employer provides work shirts, hooded sweat shirts and all PPE; employee is responsible for work pants/jeans, work boots/shoes and all seasonal outdoor apparel; No visible neck, head or facial tattoos.

Cell phones should only be used for work or emergency purposes during work hours.
