Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Commercial Sales Representative to expand our commercial client base and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional who thrives on prospecting, networking, and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new commercial pest control accounts
  • Conduct site inspections and assess customer needs
  • Prepare and present customized pest management proposals
  • Build strong relationships with property managers, facility managers, and business owners
  • Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Represent the company professionally at networking events and industry functions

Qualifications

  • Proven B2B sales experience
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and face-to-face sales
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
