Sales/Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and people-focused individual to join our team in a Sales & Marketing role.

What You’ll Do

Sales & Lead Management

• Handle all inbound leads (calls, texts, and web inquiries)
• Consistently follow up with prospects until a clear outcome is reached
• Build rapport with customers and guide them through the sales process
• Reach out prior customers/lost leads
• Ensure no opportunities fall through the cracks
• Track lead activity and maintain accurate records

Marketing & Growth Support

• Manage and support social media presence
• Create, send, and monitor email campaigns
• Research and identify new marketing opportunities
• Assist with campaign coordination and execution
• Represent Guard Pest Control at trade shows or community events as needed

• Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-up
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Positive attitude and team mindset

Experience is helpful, but not required — we’re willing to train the right person with strong work ethic and drive.
